VISA INFORMATION & LETTER OF INVITATION

Visa Information 

You are encouraged to apply for visas as early as possible to attend the AATH– 2016 Annual Conference in Phoenix, AZ. The Department of State recommends applying for a visa at least 3-4 months before the meeting. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews so applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.

Letter of Invitation 

To receive a Letter of Invitation to attend, you must first register for the meeting, which will open in December 2015.  Following your receipt of payment, you may request a Letter of Invitation from the AATH Office, which will be sent electronically. Letters are only sent to those individuals who will be attending the meeting. Please send any questions to info@aath.org
