Submission Procedure for all Scholarships :
Applications must be received by September 28. Up to 10 pages of support materials may be included with the essay or description, including as many as five letters of reference; however, these additional materials are not required in order to be eligible to win. Applications must include applicant's name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone numbers, including fax if available.

You will receive confirmation of receipt by email, or by including a self-addressed, stamped postcard with your application materials. Winners will be notified in October. Non-winners will not be notified, although alternates will be chosen and notified of their status so they can accept the scholarship in the event the first winner is unable to attend the conference. Decision of the judging panel is final.
