    Using humor and magic, participants are encouraged to rediscover their creative, playful selves and to apply that to their professional and personal lives.

Bio:
    Pam Palis-Kalisz, BS Ed, BS Comm, has worked on Inflight Services for United Airlines for more than 20 years. She has managed, trained, program-developed, and mentored flight attendants in the gentle art of customer service. She has also worked as liaison between Inflight Service and five other departments during her tenure.
     
    Pam presents workshops to businesses across the U.S. and even as far away as Taipei, Taiwan where she taught local customer service representatives the benefits of laughter, play, and forgiveness in the workplace.
