Exhibitor Showcase Opportunity

What: An opportunity for exhibitors and AATH members to display, exhibit and promote their products, service or information.
When: April 20-21 at the AATH Annual Conference (April 19-22)

Load-In: Friday morning, April 20, 7:00-8:00am
Load-Out: Saturday afternoon, April 21, 6:00-6:30pm

The Exhibitor Showcase will be open during Conference Bookstore hours all day Friday and all day Saturday.  You are responsible for all materials and equipment in your space.  The room will be locked Friday evening and monitored by security.
Where: Westin O’Hare in Chicago (Rosemont), Illinois

Excellent foot traffic area!  The Exhibitor Showcase will be located in the Conference Bookstore.  All book signings will take place in the bookstore.
Cost: AATH Member: $150
Non-Member: $285

Exhibitor must register for the conference.  Tables will be assigned in order of conference registration payment received.  Skirted tables are 6’ long. Only one table/space per applicant.  No electricity will be available.  Exhibitors will be recognized during the course of the conference.
Best of the Rest: All AATH members, whether participating in the exhibitor area or not, may send in brochures to be placed on an “association” table, along with other AATH information.  There is no charge for this member service.  Materials must be received in the AATH office by March 30, 2012.
