Biography:

Patricia Wheatley Burt, FCIPD, is a business and HR consultant and coach in professional practice management. She established what is now Trafalgar ‚ The People Business in 1990 and works with a variety of businesses providing Consultancy, Training and Executive Coaching over the past 20 years in a range of organisations and sectors ... helping them have fun and increase pro£itability! One of a large family, she has noticed that people are so varied, their motivations sometimes so strange ... that she is making it her life's study and will be sharing some of those observations!
 
Patricia has produced a series of Management PocketBooks and DVDs for professional people, and has had a number of articles published in the professional press. She has also scripted and contributed to a number of LNTV videos and is a member of the Professional and National Speakers Associations.
 
In her spare time Patricia helps raise funds for various charities, is a mentor for the Princes Trust and Young Enterprise in the UK.
 
She has 3 children who are just fabulous (so she says ... and mothers do) who help keep her on the platform, encouraging her and accepting that their mother is somewhat different.
