Biography:
    Kathleen Passanisi, PT CSP, is a licensed physical therapist and a professional speaker whose clients include major corporations, health care facilities, universities, and government institutions, as well as cancer patients, rocket scientists, and married couples. In 1987, she founded New Perspectives, a company committed to issues in wellness, balanced living, and the link that exists between humor and health. Her work has been featured in the New York Times, U.S. News and World Report, and England's Sunday Business.
     
    In July 2004, she was honored with the Council of Peers Award of Excellence from the National Speakers Association.Ê This means that she is the newest female member of the Speaker Hall of Fame. Since 1977, 173 people have received this recognition — only 30 are women.
