Patricia A. Vanderpool is a Supervising Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. She is owner of EAP Lifestyle Management, LLC, a company providing Employee Assistance Programs and work/life services on a national level. EAP Lifestyle Management, LLC is the only WBENC certified EAP provider in the United States. EAP Lifestyle Management, LLC provides workplace training, management consultation services and employee counseling. Patty provides critical incident response when violence or critical incidents impact the workplace. Ms. Vanderpool is qualified as a Substance Abuse Professional for DOT-regulating industries. Ms. Vanderpool teaches Psychology at the University of South Alabama. She is a member of the ASSE, EAP Association, several Chambers of Commerce, the Society for Human Resource Management and the International Incident Stress Foundation.
